Prosecco Party Punch

Light, bubbly Prosecco is the star of my Prosecco Party Punch. It’s super simple, yet refreshing for any occasion. It’s great in the summertime!

The only planning ahead you’ll need to do is shop for the ingredients and make a juice mold or cubes a day ahead (to prevent diluting the punch).

It all gets dumped into a punch bowl or large glass bowl and it’s ready to be served. What could be easier?

Try this for your next family/holiday gathering, birthday party or wedding shower.

TIP: For a non-alcoholic version, swap out the Prosecco for Gingerale – perfect for a baby shower!

Prep time: 15 minutes, plus freeze time
Serves: a crowd! up to 35 people

Ingredients:

  • 46 oz of any bottled fruit juice blend, chilled
  • 6 oz of frozen lemonade, thawed and chilled
  • 6 oz of frozen orange juice, thawed and chilled
  • 6 oz of frozen grape juice, thawed and chilled
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco, chilled (or sweet champagne like asti or 2 quarts of gingerale for non-alcoholic)
  • 3-6 cups cold water, if desired
  • Prepared orange juice for mold or ice cubes
  • Orange slices for garnish (or any fresh/frozen fruit you have on hand)

Preparation:
One day ahead:
Fill a small mold or 2 ice cube trays with prepared orange juice. (If you’re using a mold, float a few orange slices or fruit on the top.)

Place in freezer until serving time.

To assemble punch:
Remove the mold or cubes from freezer and let stand 10-15 minutes so they easily loosen from the sides of the container.

In a large punch bowl or large glass bowl, combine all juices and stir well.

Place the mold or 1/2 the cubes in the punch bowl (if using cubes, reserve the remaining tray for refreshing the bowl later).
