This is a collection of recipes that I use often, but they are not necessarily Italian. They are eats my family and friends enjoy and I am often asked for the recipes. Instead of having to write individual recipes, I've posted them here for easy reference.I'm noticing a theme here...mostly desserts! Maybe that's because I don't remember an awful lot of Italian desserts shared by my family; just a couple we had often - that's unfortunate! I guess I need to be on a quest to make some of my own to pass down to my children and their future families. 
Tip: When you take a dish somewhere to share or host an event at your home, have a few copies of the recipe on hand so you can instantly share it!
